RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We describe our products to the best of our abilities in product description section for each product. We provide pictures taken from different angles so that you get a fair idea about our product. We request you to read the description carefully before you place an order with us. Please note that the color of the product may slightly vary from the actual product. All our products are of very High standard and go through strict quality control to ensure you receive the best quality.

We make every effort to describe the sizes in our product description including the metal type, gem type etc. No refunds will be made if there are Sizing issues or any fault which is not associated with Eluceo Fashion ( e.g. Outdated Customer Address, Customer unavailable after three attempted deliveries, Wrong Address or information, etc)

ALL items which are listed ON SALE will be taken as Final Sale and no returns will be offered for products on sale. This means that if you take any product below the listed price, it will be considered as FINAL SALE.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

In case you have received a defective or incorrect product please do the following:

(i) Notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped product within 24 hours of receipt of the product. You can either email our Customer Service team at support at help@eluceofashions.com; or call or WhatsApp us on +91 9096273463

Please email us or WhatsApp clear photographs of the product and follow the steps below:

1. Please contact us at help@eluceofashions.com or Whatsapp on +91 9096273463 within 1-2 days of receipt of your order. We should receive the item within 7 days to process the replacement or store credit. Please send us the clear photographs of the damaged product.

2. After the receipt of the photograph, Eluceo Fashion team will make the final decision regarding the return or replacement and will notify you about the same.

(ii) The product returned to us should meet the following specifications:

(a) Must have the invoice.

(b) Must have all its original packaging and accessories, including the box and items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

(c) Must be in an unused/sellable condition.

(iii) As soon as we have received the product, if all the above are in order, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.

(iv) In the event that the product received back by us does not meet the specifications above, or any of the below apply, then the product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided:

(a) Product is damaged due to use or misuse.

(b) Product has a manufacturing defect, but has been used.

(c) Product has been tampered with.

(v) We will ensure that you get the replacement soon (subject to availability- if item is in stock) or if the item is out of stock you may have to wait for 4-6 weeks or else you have option of exchange, exchange for some other product you may like of the same value. If you are unhappy with the above options, we will refund the full amount in form of gift card from our store.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you have a change of mind after placing an order with us, please notify us within 24 hours. If your order has not been shipped out, we will cancel the order for you. However, if your order has already been shipped out we will NOT be able to cancel the order.
